We want you to wear your Crimson pride with confidence and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn, unwashed apparel with original tags attached. Please note that custom-made items and final sale clearance pieces are not eligible for return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the merchandise in its original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
